摘要

目的:观察艾灸对复治肺结核患者疗效的影响。方法:将53例患者随机分为观察组(31例)和对照组(22例)。两组均采用西医常规化疗方案

观察组在此基础上

行隔蒜灸法

主穴取肺俞、膏肓、身柱等。通过临床症状、X线、CT检查及各项化验指标观察其治疗效果。结果:观察组病灶吸收率为87.1%

优于对照组的63.6%(P<0.05);观察组痰菌阴转率为90.5%

优于对照组的56.3%(P<0.05);对乏力、盗汗、咳嗽症状的改善

观察组优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:隔蒜灸能提高复治肺结核患者的疗效。
