摘要

随着生活水平的提高

人们防病保健的意识也逐步提高。灸法在用于防病保健、延年益寿方面

方法简便易行

疗效确切。本文结合灸法"治未病"的作用、合理选穴及临床研究等方面

对灸法防病保健"治未病"进行探讨。认为灸法可促进人体的新陈代谢

提高机体的免疫功能

从而达到防病延年"治未病"的目的。
