摘要

目的:对比电针、中药治疗男性不育少、弱精子症的疗效。方法:将临床确诊的231例男性不育少、弱精子症患者

分为电针组71例

穴取气海、关元、中极等;中药组82例

口服五子衍宗丸;针药组78例

采用电针结合口服中药的方法。观察各组患者治疗前后精液常规及顶体酶活性变化情况。结果:电针组有效率为67.6%

中药组为68.3%

针药组为84.6%

针药组治疗效果优于电针组及中药组(均P<0.05);各组治疗后精子密度、活力、顶体酶活性均有提高

以针药组升高明显。结论:电针、中药五子衍宗丸均能改善男性不育少、弱精子症患者的精液质量

提高受孕率

尤以针药结合效果最佳。
