摘要

目的:观察头针不同留针时间对多发性抽动症(TS)的疗效差异。方法:将入选的62例TS患者按就诊先后顺序以区组随机化法分为观察组和对照组各31例

两组治疗主穴均取额中线、顶中线、顶旁1线

配穴取顶颞前斜线、颞后线。观察组每次留针2h

对照组留针30min

隔日1次

观察治疗2个月。采用耶鲁抽动程度综合量表(YGTSS)和多发性抽动症综合量表(TSGS)为疗效评定标准

于治疗前后分别进行症状评分并进行疗效对比观察。结果:观察组和对照组治疗前后自身对照疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)

针刺治疗能够有效改善运动性抽动和发声性抽动等症状;观察组的总有效率为61.3%

对照组为67.7%

两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:头穴留针2h与头穴留针0.5h均可有效改善TS患者的症状

治疗效果大体一致

无疗效差异。
