摘要

目的:比较经穴电针与经皮神经电刺激治疗老年根性坐骨神经痛的疗效差异。方法:将139例根性坐骨神经痛患者(60岁以上)随机分为电针组(70例)、经皮组(69例)。电针组穴取患侧气海俞、大肠俞、关元俞等为主

采用电针疗法;经皮组采用神经干上压痛点皮肤电极粘贴

接通脉冲电流

观察两组疗效并进行比较。结果:第1疗程末

电针组痊愈率为41.4%

经皮组痊愈率为29.0%

两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第2疗程末

电针组痊愈率为80.0%

经皮组痊愈率为44.9%

两组差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:经穴电针治疗老年根性坐骨神经痛疗效明显优于经皮神经电刺激。
