摘要

分析历代针灸治疗偏头痛的经穴使用特点和规律。从先秦至清末178种涉及针灸内容的文献中收集相关数据

建立偏头痛古代针灸临床文献数据库

采用数据挖掘技术进行分析

统计筛选出历代针灸治疗偏头痛常用的经脉、腧穴以及腧穴配伍

并分析这些经穴使用的潜在规律。历代针灸治疗偏头痛以胆经选用频次最高

且具体腧穴的选用上既有病位局部腧穴

又有病位远端的四肢腧穴。从针灸治疗偏头痛的腧穴运用频次统计来看

历代都非常重视阳经腧穴的选用

其中又以少阳经脉的风池、丝竹空和率谷使用最为频繁。从特定穴选用的类别看

除了重视头部经气相贯相交最为集中的交会穴外

还重视选用肘膝关节以下的特定穴

如原穴、络穴、八脉交会穴和五输穴。通过运用数据挖掘手段对历代针灸治疗偏头痛文献进行提取和分析发现

经络理论是指导临床的基础和选穴的前提

特定穴是组成处方的主要部分和配伍选用的核心。
