摘要

目的:观察针药治疗持续不排卵性不孕症的疗效。方法:将50例持续不排卵性不孕症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各25例。观察组给予中药汤剂加针灸治疗

中药汤剂根据月经周期分别给予促卵泡汤、促排卵汤、促黄体汤

针灸穴取关元、中极、卵巢穴等

予针刺治疗。对照组口服克罗米芬加肌肉注射绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)

连续观察6个周期

分别统计排卵率及妊娠率。结果:两组在排卵率上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组妊娠率为44.0%

明显高于对照组的16.0%(P<0.05)。观察组黏液评分情况与子宫内膜厚度比较

均优于对照组(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:针药的方法和口服克罗米芬加肌注HCG促排卵的方法均有较高的排卵率

但在妊娠率上

前者高于后者。
