摘要

目的:观察针药结合治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效

并探讨其机制。方法:将63例符合肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为针药结合组32例

采用针刺(穴取气海、关元等)和口服中药的方法治疗;单纯中药组31例

采用口服中药的方法治疗(用药同针药结合组)。比较两种治疗方法的临床疗效和相关性激素卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone

FSH)、黄体生成素(luteotropic hormone

LH)、睾酮(testosterone

T)及LH/FSH值的变化。结果:针药结合组总有效率93.8%

单纯中药组总有效率80.6%

针药结合组优于单纯中药组(P<0.05);在相关性激素指标上

针药结合组对T值的降低影响明显优于单纯中药组(P<0.01)。结论:针药结合治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征在临床疗效及降低性激素T值方面均优于单纯中药组

提示该法是治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征较好的一种方法。
