摘要

目的:探索一种治疗面瘫急性期创痛小、疗效好、易操作的新疗法。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组

各30例。观察组采用常规针刺加热敏点灸法;对照组单纯采用常规针刺。参照1997日本面神经研究会制定的"面神经功能评价标准"

评定两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前后症状积分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)

组间治疗后症状积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组和对照组治愈率分别为76.67%、50.00%

组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总有效率分别为93.33%、76.67%

组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺加热敏点灸和单纯针刺疗法对治疗特发性面神经麻痹均有良好疗效

且针刺加热敏点灸优于单纯针刺。
