摘要

目的:评价耳穴贴压治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的疗效。方法:将180例VD患者随机分入耳穴贴压组及西药组

各90例。耳穴贴压组采用耳穴贴压法

选取神门、脑、肾、枕4个耳穴。西药组口服尼莫地平

每次30mg

每天3次。两组均治疗12周

以简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)及日常生活自理能力量表(ADL)为观察指标

并观察其不良反应情况。结果:耳穴贴压组治疗前及治疗12周后MMSE评分分别为18.00±3.88、20.83±3.74

西药组分别为17.80±3.82、20.70±3.53

两组治疗后MMSE评分均有提高(P<0.01)

但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);耳穴贴压组治疗前及治疗12周后ADL评分分别为44.90±14.84、39.60±12.45

西药组分别为45.70±14.86、39.10±13.44

两组治疗后ADL评分均有下降(P<0.01)

组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。耳穴贴压组有2例因胶布过敏

出现耳郭严重瘙痒而退出试验;西药组1例出现轻度头晕、1例出现腹泻。结论:耳穴贴压法治疗VD可获得与口服尼莫地平相似的疗效

除个别患者胶布过敏外

无其他不良反应。
