摘要

目的:观察点灸与常规针刺治疗肠易激综合征(腹泻型)的疗效差异。方法:将50例肠易激综合征(腹泻型)患者随机分为两组。点灸组(30例)采用周氏万应点灸笔点灸法

针刺组(20例)采用常规针刺法

两组均取肝俞、脾俞、胃俞、肾俞等穴。治疗15次后

比较两组患者临床症状积分及临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后临床症状积分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.01)

两组患者单项症状积分差值比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);点灸组临床疗效总有效率为93.3%

明显优于针刺组的75.0%(P<0.05)。结论:点灸治疗可明显改善肠易激综合征(腹泻型)患者的临床症状

其疗效优于常规针刺疗法。
