摘要

目的:探讨温针灸对腰神经根压迫损伤的治疗作用机制。方法:采用健康SD大鼠50只

通过放置微型硅胶片方法建立大鼠腰神经根压迫模型

随机分为正常组、模型组(生理盐水治疗)、药物组(莫比可治疗)、针刺组(针刺L5、L6夹脊穴)和温针组(针刺加艾灸L5、L6夹脊穴)

治疗14d后切取受压神经根。运用透射电镜观察受损神经根超微结构改变

采用ELISA法检测受损神经根一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、降钙素相关基因肽(CGRP)表达变化。结果:电镜显示

模型组神经根超微结构改变最明显

依次减轻为药物组、针刺组、温针组;温针组压迫区神经根组织内NOS、CGRP的含量较模型组明显减低(P<0.05)

与正常组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温针治疗可以有效维持神经根背根节细胞形态、超微结构

有效抑制炎症介质NOS、CGRP的释放。
