摘要

现代的研究结果表明肥大细胞与针效的产生有密切关系

针刺可激活肥大细胞

引起一系列的血管反应和免疫效应。笔者认为

针刺是一种伤害性刺激

可引起针刺部位的炎性反应

进一步激活神经-内分泌-免疫网络

使针刺的作用得以级联放大。针刺引起的炎性反应构成了针刺起效的始动环节。
