摘要

目的:观察针刺血清对体外模拟缺血再灌注后大鼠海马细胞内钙离子的影响

以探讨针灸治疗的体液因素。方法:取新生SD大鼠海马细胞进行原代培养

9～11 d后应用荧光分子探针Fluo-3 AM染色

激光共聚焦扫描显微镜动态扫描观察加入正常大鼠血清和电针"百会""足三里""曲池""三阴交"2周后的血清对海马细胞内钙离子的影响。结果:加入正常血清

钙离子荧光值由461±96变为697±113;加入针刺血清

钙离子荧光值由673±108变为584±103。说明加入针刺血清后

可以降低升高的细胞内钙离子的浓度。结论:针刺血清中存在着某种活性物质可以明显地降低缺血再灌注后细胞内钙离子浓度

从而为针灸治疗疾病作用中体液因素的存在提供了直接依据。
