摘要

结合长期的针灸临床

反复学习、领会、探讨《内经》中关于针刺"真"与"神"的理论内涵

指导于临床。通过针刺外周神经"靶点"与中枢"靶位"的调控机制

形成了单穴疗法、快速针刺、3秒钟见效、安全等技术特色

证实了得气(针感)是"凡刺之真"的具体体现

调节心神(中枢)是"必先治神"的关键。《黄帝内经》的经典理论"凡刺之真

必先治神"是正确的

是实施科学针刺的理论核心

对指导针灸临床具有广泛的现实意义与深远的历史意义。
