摘要

探索针刺捻转补泻的操作方法及其补泻原理

以期规范捻转补泻法的操作从而提高针灸疗效。笔者在我院中医工程教研室自行研制的针刺手法测定仪上分别施行"大指努出为主"的捻转补法和"大指收入为主"的捻转泻法

并实时记录这些手法的参数和图形。在所记录的捻转手法图形中同时显示出提插手法曲线

其曲线的频率与捻转几乎同步

但幅度远小于捻转

并且捻转补法图形中的提插曲线水平基线逐渐下行

而捻转泻法图形中的提插曲线水平基线则逐渐上行。这些现象提示捻转补泻手法含有轻微的提插手法

且捻转补法伴有下插之力

捻转泻法则伴有上提之力。表明捻转补泻法的作用原理与提插补泻法类似。
