摘要

阐析清代唐宗海经脉观念中之气化内涵。在清代中晚期西医大规模传入我国的背景下

从唐宗海所著《中西汇通医经精义》中明确提出的"经脉是脏腑气化之路径"入手

并结合历代医家有关经脉、气化等方面的论述

揭示唐宗海采用气化观点阐释经脉内涵具有一定合理性

并由此进一步认识到传世十二经脉理论中的"经脉"概念确实包含了一些中医气化理论的思想根源。
