摘要

本文着重对国家标准《三棱针技术操作规范》编制中的主要难点与问题进行了探讨。这些难点与问题主要是:术语的选择问题;规范性与中医特色问题;三棱针治疗出血量计量问题;标准制定的依据与科学性问题。本文还提出了《三棱针技术操作规范》需要进一步研究和完善的问题。
