摘要

目的:评价竹圈盐灸治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将86例患者随机分为盐灸组(43例)和电针组(43例)。盐灸组采用竹圈盐灸于患处疼痛明显部位及周边熨灸;电针组取肩髃、肩髎、肩贞等穴电针治疗

观察治疗前后对肩周炎的镇痛效应和肩关节活动功能的改善程度

以及治疗3个月后的随访结果。结果:两种疗法均有镇痛和改善功能活动的效果

盐灸组对肩周炎的即刻镇痛效应明显优于电针组(P<0.01)

对肩关节活动功能的改善程度亦优于电针组(P<0.05)

两组治疗后随访结果均有良好的临床疗效

疼痛改善的有效率盐灸组为97.7%、电针组为93.0%

肩关节活动功能改善有效率两组分别为93.0%、88.4%

盐灸组略显优势

但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:竹圈盐灸治疗肩周炎疗效显著

具有即刻镇痛效应和改善肩部活动功能的效果

并具有良好的镇痛稳定性和远期疗效

有很好的临床使用价值。
