摘要

《针灸大成》的29则针灸医案涉及内、外、妇、儿、五官各科病症

通过分析这些医案的特点以吸取前人经验可以更好地指导临床应用。分析结果表明这些医案具有针灸药并用、取穴精少和重手法补泻的特点

同时也体现了杨氏在临证时的针灸诊治思路。
