摘要

目的:评价耳穴综合疗法对不同时期无先兆偏头痛患者的疗效

观察其作用机制。方法:选择30例不同时期无先兆偏头痛患者采用耳穴综合疗法(耳背放血

自血穴位注射风池、阳陵泉

耳穴点刺颞、胰胆、神门等)

1个疗程后进行临床疗效评价并检测治疗前后血浆P物质(SP)含量变化。结果:临床有效率为86.7%

其中发作期有效率为87.5%

缓解期为86.4%

不同时期患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后SP含量与治疗前比较明显减少

差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05

P<0.01)

治疗前发作期与缓解期患者SP含量比较明显升高

差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:耳穴综合疗法是通过降低患者血浆SP来达到止痛作用

血浆SP升高可能是引起偏头痛发作的主要因素之一。
