摘要

对我国当代灸法大家谢锡亮先生30年来使用麦粒灸治疗乙肝的医案进行回顾分析

纳入有效病案86例。分析结果:80.23%的病人曾接受中西医等常规方法治疗

疗效不满意而采用灸法;方法均采用麦粒灸法

每穴灸7～9壮;选穴与患者年龄有关

一般以肝俞、脾俞为主

小儿配合身柱

成人配合足三里;用穴数量较少

大多2～3穴;临床症状、体征改善率100%;对B超检查确诊的肝大、脾大、肝硬化、腹水改善明确;乙肝表面抗原转阴率28.85%

e抗原转阴率38.46%

核心抗体转阴率36.54%;症状、体征、肝功能的恢复起效时间为10余天～1月。恢复正常的时间大约是3～6月。在乙肝五项的改变上

起效时间为5个月～1年

有的需要数年。结论:麦粒灸治疗乙型肝炎疗效确切

简便易行

值得进一步推广。
