摘要

目的:观察针刺与药物治疗原发性单纯性早泄的临床疗效差异。方法:将111例患者随机分为针刺组(56例)和药物组(55例)。针刺组取穴:①心俞、肝俞、脾俞、肾俞

②关元、中极、三阴交、太溪、太冲

每天针刺一组腧穴

交替进行。药物组给予口服赛乐特片

每片20 mg

每晚1片。分别治疗1个疗程后

进行疗效比较。结果:针刺组总有效率82.1%

药物组63.6%;针刺组治疗后积分12.56±3.84

药物组治疗后积分11.12±3.77

两组疗效比较

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗原发性单纯性早泄效果较好。
