摘要

目的:探讨电针对阿尔茨海默病大鼠学习记忆影响的机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分成正常组、假手术组、模型组和电针组

每组12只。Meynert核注射微量β淀粉样蛋白1-40制备动物模型

电针组选取"百会""太溪""足三里"电针治疗

以Morris水迷宫评价大鼠学习记忆能力

免疫组化法观察海马区胶质细胞活性。结果:与正常组比

模型组海马区胶质细胞活化

数量增多

学习记忆能力减退(P<0.01)。治疗后

电针组胶质细胞数量较模型组减少

学习记忆能力增强(P<0.01)。结论:电针治疗可减少胶质细胞的活化

从而对神经元发挥保护作用

增强学习记忆能力。
