摘要

目的:观察针刺复合麻醉对不同痛阈患者的镇痛效果。方法:将700例准备行经阴道超声引导取卵术接受体外受精和胚胎移植的不孕症患者随机分为针刺复合麻醉组(347例)和单纯度冷丁组(353例)

针刺复合麻醉组于取卵前1日预针刺前30 min测量痛阈

单纯度冷丁组于取卵手术前30 min注射度冷丁前测量痛阈

取卵术前30 min两组分别接受电针(穴取肾俞、次髎、百会、三阴交等)结合肌肉注射度冷丁和单纯肌肉注射度冷丁镇痛。结果:痛阈为1 mA、1.5 mA和2 mA的患者

针刺复合麻醉组的疼痛积分显著低于单纯度冷丁组(P<0.01

P<0.05)

对于痛阈为0.5 mA、2.5 mA、3 mA的患者

两组疼痛积分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:针刺复合麻醉对于痛阈处于中间段的患者镇痛效果最佳。
