摘要

针对阳性对照设计的针灸研究常见的关键问题进行了探讨

以期对临床研究有所借鉴。本文从阳性对照的定义、对照形式、统计设计类型、阳性药物的恰当使用、适当采用安慰对照研究的对照方法以弥补研究的不足

合理选择观察指标以凸显中医特色方面进行了探讨

指出只有对这些关键问题在研究中给予充分考虑

才能获得高质量、具有说服力的针灸临床证据。
