摘要

目的:探索治疗原发性三叉神经痛的较佳疗法。方法:将86例患者随机分为观察组(46例)和对照组(40例)。观察组采用三联针法

即针刺、穴位注射、火针治疗;对照组采用针刺、穴位注射治疗

治疗2个疗程后进行临床疗效评定。结果:观察组总有效率和治愈率分别为93.5%、60.9%

优于对照组的65.0%、22.5%

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:三联针法治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床疗效显著。
