摘要

目的:观察针灸治疗大动脉炎(头臂动脉型)的临床疗效与作用机制。方法:对31例大动脉炎患者采用人迎穴为主、随症配穴的针灸治疗

观察其疗效以及治疗前后患者相关动脉彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)的变化情况。结果:临床治疗总有效率达90.3%;CDFI数据显示:针灸可扩大病变血管内径

提高病变血管的血流量、血管弹性指数

改善血流异常速度、血流异常波峰形态。结论:①针灸治疗大动脉炎(头臂动脉型)疗效显著;②针灸可改善患者病变血管狭窄程度、肢体和颅内血流动力学的异常状态。
