摘要

目的:探讨隔物灸治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的作用机制。方法:以隔物灸治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者105例(隔物灸组)

并设中药月月舒作对照104例(药物组)

观察临床疗效

同时对两组各40例进行了治疗前后经期β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量的变化检测。结果:隔物灸组总有效率为95.2%

优于药物组的85.6%(P<0.05);隔物灸组β-EP水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:隔物灸对寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者有明显的治疗作用

其作用机制之一可能是通过调节血浆中β-EP的水平而发挥止痛效应。
