摘要

目的:观察针刺结合益智健脑颗粒对阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效及对患者智能状况、日常生活和社会活动能力的影响。方法:将84例患者随机分3组

各28例。针药组采用针刺百会、四神聪、大椎、关元等穴结合益智健脑颗粒治疗;中药组单用益智健脑颗粒治疗;西药组口服盐酸多奈哌齐(安理中)治疗。评价和比较各组治疗12周前后及组间简易精神量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力表(ADL)等神经量表评分以及临床疗效。结果:针药组、中药组及西药组治疗后MMSE、ADL评分均较前有改善

但针药组的效果更好

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针药组总有效率为85.7%

优于中药组的71.4%和西药组的67.9%。结论:针刺结合益智健脑颗粒治疗阿尔茨海默病能显著改善患者智能状况

提高日常生活和社会活动能力

疗效优于单用益智健脑颗粒和西药安理申治疗。
