摘要

目的:观察针刺对女性不同类型肥胖皮脂厚度的影响及其特点。方法:将98例女性患者分为腹型肥胖组(40例)、肥胖组(58例)。两组采用同样的方法治疗

针刺中脘、承满、天枢、水道、气海、足三里、三阴交等穴

结合脉冲电刺激

并配合耳穴贴压

治疗1个月

观察和比较两组治疗前后体质量指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)和上肢(A点:右三角肌下缘臂外侧正中点)、躯干(B点:右肩胛下角)、腹部(C点:右脐旁3cm;D点:右髂前上棘)的皮脂厚度。结果:两组治疗后BMI、WC和A、B、C、D4点的皮脂厚度与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组C点皮脂厚度的变化均较其他3点明显(均P<0.05)。腹型肥胖组BMI的变化与WC和C点皮脂厚度变化呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)

与A点呈显著正相关(P<0.05)

相关系数│rWC/BMI│>│rC/BMI│>│rA/BMI│;WC的变化与C点呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。肥胖组BMI的变化与WC变化呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)

与B点呈显著正相关(P<0.05);WC的变化与B、C点呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)

与D点呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:对于肥胖患者和仅腰围超标的腹型肥胖者

针刺都能有效地减少其体重、腰围及身体各部位皮下脂肪

并具有选择性地减少人体不同部位多余脂肪的特点。
