摘要

目的:观察神阙穴贴药对中风病临床疗效的影响。方法:将246例中风患者随机分为非穴贴对照组(对照组)、穴贴治疗组(穴贴组)。对照组122例患者接受病房中风病的常规治疗(针刺及常规西医治疗)

穴贴组124例患者除接受病房中风病的常规治疗(同对照组)外加用穴贴神阙穴治疗。治疗前后采用脑卒中专门化生存质量量表(Stroke-Specific Quality of Life

SS-QOL)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100BREF)计分进行疗效评价

并对患者进行血液半胱氨酸测定。结果:两组治疗前后SS-QOL及WHOQOL-100BREF评分比较

差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001);两组治疗后比较

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在SS-QOL中的思维项得分两组治疗后比较

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)

穴贴组优于对照组;两组异常半胱氨酸患者治疗后SS-QOL评分比较

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)

穴贴组优于对照组。结论:穴位贴敷疗法可以提高中风后患者的思维能力

改善中风患者中高半胱氨酸患者的生存质量。
