摘要

目的:探索"逆针灸"对去卵巢大鼠下丘脑功能的调节机制。方法:将3.5月龄SD雌性大鼠30只

随机分为正常组、假手术组、去卵巢模型组、逆针组、逆灸组。逆灸组与逆针组分别预先艾灸、针刺1个月后

与去卵巢模型组、假手术组同时造模。采用免疫组化和原位杂交方法

观察各组大鼠下丘脑室旁核、视上核、弓状核雌激素受体-α(ER-α)和基因表达水平的变化。结果:大鼠去卵巢后下丘脑室旁核ER-α及ER-αmRNA

视上核ER-αmRNA表达均明显升高(P<0.01)

视上核、弓状核ER-α表达明显降低(P<0.01);与去卵巢模型组比较预先进行"逆针灸"处理后

大鼠下丘脑室旁核ER-αmRNA表达明显降低(P<0.05)

ER-α无明显变化(P>0.05)

视上核、弓状核ER-α表达明显升高(P<0.01

P<0.05)

视上核ER-αmRNA无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:"逆针灸""关元"穴能够影响去卵巢更年期大鼠下丘脑不同核团ER-α和ER-αmRNA表达水平的变化

可能是其调节下丘脑功能活动的途径之一。
