摘要

在综述近年来针灸治疗脑瘫患儿语言障碍文献的基础上

分析了脑瘫患儿语言障碍及康复治疗的特点

探讨针灸介入脑瘫语言障碍治疗的情况。发现针灸介入脑瘫患儿语言障碍治疗具有鲜明的中医特色

可以明显改善脑瘫患儿的语言障碍。然而目前有针灸介入的综合疗法中

其疗效观察多是局限于综合疗法与单一疗法的对比

缺乏综合疗法之间的对比

未能体现针刺与其他疗法结合治疗的优越性。因此

如何达到各种疗法间的有机结合

各种疗法之间是否存在结合时点的差异

值得进一步研究

且需加强针刺治疗机制的探讨

为建立以针灸为中心的脑瘫综合治疗体系奠定基础。
