摘要

目的:评价穴位刺激疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的疗效

为临床治疗和进一步的研究提供参考依据。方法:按照循证医学(Cochrane)系统评价的方法

对穴位刺激疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的随机对照试验或半随机对照试验进行Meta分析。结果:37篇中文文献共3 697名患者被纳入分析

结果表明穴位刺激疗法对卒中后吞咽困难的有效率优于对照组[RR为1.38

P<0.01];治愈率也优于对照组[RR为2.56

95%CI(2.15

3.04)

Z=10.70

P<0.01]。结论:穴位刺激疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难疗效优于对照组。但需要更多设计良好的随机、双盲、对照试验加以证实。
