摘要

目的:探讨喘敷灵巴布剂防治哮喘的作用机制。方法:将30只雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常组(生理盐水腹腔注射+空白敷贴+生理盐水雾化)、模型组(卵蛋白生理盐水腹腔注射+空白敷贴+卵蛋白生理盐水雾化)、敷贴组(卵蛋白生理盐水腹腔注射+喘敷灵巴布剂敷贴+卵蛋白生理盐水雾化)

每组10只。观察各组大鼠发生点头呼吸的潜伏期、哮喘发作症状;检测各组大鼠白介素4信使RNA(IL-4 mRNA)

γ-干扰素信使RNA(γ-IFN mRNA)的表达;观察右肺中叶肺组织病理变化。结果:①与正常组比较

模型组外周血单核细胞(PBMC)中IL-4 mRNA表达增强、肺组织充血渗出及嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)浸润严重(P<0.01);②与模型组比较

敷贴组PBMC中IL-4 mRNA降低

第5、7次诱喘发生点头呼吸的潜伏期延长、频率减少、肺组织EOS浸润减轻(P<0.05)

而肺组织充血渗出无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:喘敷灵巴布剂能抑制哮喘大鼠PBMC中IL-4基因的转录及气道内EOS释放炎症介质、细胞因子

减轻气道上皮损伤和气道高反应性。
