摘要

纤维肌痛综合征(fibromyalgia syndrome

FS)是一种风湿免疫性疾病

发病率高居风湿病第3位。它以患者全身的肌肉疼痛为特征性表现

同时伴有精神、神经症状

目前尚没有理想的治疗方法。本文以中医理论为指导

对纤维肌痛综合征的病因病机从经络的角度进行分析

根据患者疼痛部位定位对应所属经络进行综合辨证

提出FS可能与阳经的气化不利有关

并以此指导治疗

试图探求更好的物理学治疗手段。
