摘要

目的:探讨颅针治疗脑出血急性期患者的作用机制。方法:将43例患者随机分为颅针合药物组(21例)、单纯药物组(22例)。颅针合药物组在神经内科常规治疗基础上于发病后第4天针刺颅骨缝

每日1次

连续针刺10次;单纯药物组只进行神经内科常规治疗。比较治疗前后血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)浓度变化及神经功能缺损评分。结果:颅针合药物组治疗前后血清IL-6浓度分别为(11.29±8.63)pg/mL和(1.91±1.02)pg/mL

单纯药物组分别为(12.15±7.23)pg/mL和(3.61±2.71)pg/mL

2组治疗前后比较

差异均有非常显著性意义(均P<0.01);治疗后组间比较

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分比较

差异均有非常显著性意义(均P<0.01);治疗后组间比较

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:在药物治疗基础上

颅针可促进脑出血急性期患者血清IL-6浓度迅速降低及改善神经功能。
