摘要

目的:评价针刺结合足底按摩对失眠症患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:把58例失眠患者随机分为观察组(32例)和对照组(26例)。观察组在口服阿普唑仑的基础上给予针刺腹部穴位为主及足底按摩治疗

腹部穴取中脘、关元、气海等为主;对照组单纯口服阿普唑仑治疗。评定2组临床疗效和治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:观察组的有效率为93.75%

对照组的有效率为88.46%

2组的疗效差异无显著性意义;2组间治疗后PSQI各因子、SAS及SDS评分差异均有非常显著性或显著性意义(P<0.01

P<0.05)。结论:腹针为主结合足底按摩能显著改善失眠症患者睡眠质量。
