摘要

目的:探索一种治疗慢性腰肌劳损的新方法。方法:将150例患者随机分为2组

观察组78例采用蜂针疗法

取穴以腰部华佗夹脊、肾俞、志室、次髎、委中、阿是穴为主;对照组72例采用常规针刺法

取穴同观察组

可配合火罐或温针。两组均每日治疗1次

10次为一疗程

治疗3个疗程、随访半年后统计疗效。结果:观察组痊愈49例

好转27例

无效2例

痊愈率62.8%;对照组痊愈29例

好转40例

无效3例

痊愈率40.3%

两组痊愈率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蜂针疗法疗效明显优于常规针刺疗法

为治疗慢性腰肌劳损提供了一种较好的方法。
