摘要

探讨刮痧疗法临床治疗病种的特点

总结刮痧疗法的临床应用规律

展望今后刮痧疗法的研究方向。收集1994—2007年437篇刮痧相关论文

对其中刮痧治疗病种及使用方法进行分析、归纳。结果表明刮痧疗法已广泛应用于内、外、妇、儿临床各科常见病和多发病

且疗效比较显著

临床中可配合针灸、拔罐、按摩、刺络放血等方法使用。今后应加强刮痧操作规范与疗效评定标准、适宜病种、作用机制的研究

以及刮痧工具和介质的研制和开发等。
