摘要

目的:评估中西医结合综合疗法治疗脑性瘫痪合并视神经萎缩的疗效。方法:将117例患儿分为观察组(79例)、对照组(38例)。对照组采用神经营养药、高压氧等西医常规治疗

观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺(穴取肝俞、脾俞、承泣等)及球后穴位注射(注射复方丹参注射液0.2～0.3mL)。两组患儿治疗前后行眼底和追视物体角度检查并评定疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为91.1%

对照组总有效率为60.5%

两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组治疗后追视物体角度均明显增加(P<0.01)

且观察组较对照组改善显著(P<0.01)。结论:中西结合疗法是治疗脑性瘫痪合并视神经萎缩的有效方法。
