摘要

目的:观察经穴电体操疗法与电针疗法的效应差异

推广电体操疗法。方法:采用三中心、随机、多盲的试验方法

将153例合格受试者随机分成电体操组(77例)和电针组(76例)

分别给予经穴电体操疗法和传统电针的治疗。2组均取上肢的手三里和外关、下肢的阳陵泉和足三里

经穴电体操疗法应用JD-2008型偏瘫治疗仪治疗。采用感觉、运动功能(Fugl-Meyer)评测方法

评测治疗前后的上下肢运动功能、四肢感觉功能、平衡功能及关节活动度。结果:在改善上下肢运动功能、四肢感觉功能、平衡功能、关节活动度等方面

2组治疗前后比较差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001);但2种治疗方法之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经穴电体操疗法与传统电针治疗中风偏瘫患者具有相似的治疗效果

但经穴电体操疗法安全可靠、操作方便

适合患者长期康复治疗的需要及在基层医院推广使用。
