摘要

目的:探寻治疗类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis

RA)的有效疗法。方法:将56例RA患者随机分为铺灸组(31例)和针刺组(25例)。铺灸组取督脉(大椎至腰俞)及双侧相应华佗夹脊

将药粉(羌活、独活、牛膝等组成)和鲜姜泥铺其上

上置艾炷行灸;针刺组取大椎、身柱等穴

单纯针刺。治疗时间均为50天。结果:铺灸组有效率为100.0%

针刺组为84.0%

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铺灸治疗类风湿关节炎疗效显著。
