摘要

回顾近15年有关针刺捻转补泻手法的理论、临床与实验研究

就捻转补泻的操作方法、机制及其效应做简要概述

并指出目前研究有待进一步完善的几个方面:规范并制定针刺操作的国家标准势在必行

针刺操作的量化参数、捻转补泻的作用机制等仍需进一步研究。
