摘要

目的:探讨电针腧穴"胃病方"治疗急性胃黏膜损伤的作用机制。方法:将40只清洁级Wistar大鼠随机分为4组

即空白对照组(正常组)、假模型组、模型组、胃病方组

每组10只。采用无水乙醇灌胃法造模。胃病方组取"内关""中脘"和"足三里"

针刺入穴位后施以疏密波

频率10

0Hz

电流强度2mA

以大鼠肢体微颤为宜

电针20min。治疗结束1h后

取大鼠腹动脉血液及胃黏膜组织

采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中表皮生长因子(EGF)及逆转录-多聚酶链反应法测胃黏膜上皮表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)mRNA表达。结果:模型组大鼠血中EGF含量为41.62±12.58ng/L

胃黏膜中EGFR mRNA表达为0.78±0.03

与正常组[(60.37±12.01)ng/L

0.55±0.04]及假模型组[(61.21±13.46)ng/L

0.53±0.05]

相比

差异有统计学意义(均P

0.05)。胃病方组电针后

EGF的含量升高[(70.59±10.14)ng/L]

胃黏膜上皮EGFR mRNA表达上调(1.18±0.02)

与模型组相比

差异有统计学意义(均P

0.05)。结论:腧穴"胃病方"可能促进了胃黏膜上皮细胞增殖、分化、迁移

以修复损伤的胃黏膜。
