摘要

通过对医案起源的考证

反映了秦汉时期的医家对于辑案之目的已有了明确的认识

突出了《史记》一书在医案发展史上的重要地位。通过对具体医案的分析

表明仓公"诊籍"中的针灸医案在写作上已经形成了一定的格式

同时也体现了医家在临证时的某些针灸诊治思路。
