摘要

目的:观察针刺合电感耦合对骨延迟愈合、骨不连的治疗效果。方法:60例患者随机分为2组。观察组30例在常规治疗(包括骨折复位后夹板、石膏、聚氨酯外固定及切开复位内固定)基础上采用针刺配合电感耦合治疗

取穴以肾俞、命门、关元、气海、足三里、悬钟、太冲为主;对照组30例采用常规治疗。分别在治疗30天、120天时拍摄X线片观察骨痂生长情况。结果:观察组治疗30天、60天有骨痂生长的例数为23例、29例

而对照组分别为11例、17例

经统计学处理

观察组骨痂生长情况治疗30天及120天均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)

且无不良事件和副作用发生。结论:针刺合电感耦合是促进骨折愈合的好方法。
