摘要

目的:探寻眼外肌不全麻痹的较佳疗法。方法:将90例眼外肌不全麻痹患者随机分为针药组、针刺组、西药组

每组30例。针刺组取水沟、风池、翳风、翳明、太阳、睛明、攒竹等穴针刺;西药组采取VitB1、VitB12肌肉注射

口服三磷酸腺苷(ATP)治疗;针药组采取针刺组及西药组的治法。比较3组疗效。结果:针药组痊愈率为66.7%

显著高于针刺组的26.7%与西药组的26.7%(均P<0.01)。结论:针刺配合西药治疗眼外肌不全麻痹效果显著

优于单纯针刺与单纯西药治疗。
