摘要

目的:探讨电针膀胱经五脏俞治疗格林-巴利综合征(GBS)的作用机制。方法:选用健康大耳白兔80只

随机分成4组

即空白组、模型组、电针组、免疫球蛋白组

每组各20只。采用国际公认的P2免疫动物模型

电针组采用电针膀胱经五脏俞进行治疗

免疫球蛋白组家兔按每日80mg/kg给予提取的兔免疫球蛋白静脉注射进行治疗。各组分别于第7、14d各评价1次

观察2种方法对GBS家兔坐骨神经运动传导速度(MCV)、F波的影响。结果:急性变态反应性神经炎(EAN)家兔坐骨神经MCV明显减慢

治疗第14d时电针组家兔坐骨神经MCV较模型组明显提高(P<0.01)

F波异常例数与模型组相比明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:电针膀胱经五脏俞能提高GBS模型兔坐骨神经MCV

降低坐骨神经异常F波出现率。
